Since 2009, drivers across Glendale Phoenix Peoria have handed us their keys — because we treat every car like the family truck we started with.
Juan’s Autoshop started in 2009 with two bays, one lift, and a simple frustration: too many people walking out of repair shops confused about what they’d just paid for. Juan’s answer was to run the kind of shop he’d want as a customer — where the technician shows you the worn part, the estimate comes in writing before the wrench comes out, and “it can wait” is said as often as “it can’t.”
Seventeen years later the equipment has changed — dealer-level diagnostic platforms, digital inspections with photos texted to your phone — but the habits haven’t. Every vehicle gets a documented inspection. Every estimate is approved by you before work begins. Every qualifying repair leaves with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty behind it.
Today our ASE Certified team services everything from daily commuters to weekend classics, and most of the cars in the lot belong to repeat customers and their referrals. That’s the metric we care about most: people who come back, and send their people.
