When you book an appointment, request a quote, or contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage), preferred appointment times, a description of the issue, and any photos you choose to attach. We collect this information for one purpose — to service your vehicle and communicate with you about it.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell visitor data, or build marketing profiles. Basic technical logs (such as IP addresses used for spam prevention and rate limiting) are processed transiently and are not used to identify you.

How we use your information

We use your details to confirm and manage appointments, prepare estimates, contact you about your vehicle, send service reminders you have requested, and keep basic service records as required for warranty coverage. We contact you by the method you chose — call, text, or email.

Payments

Appointment deposits are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout pages and never touch our servers — we receive only a confirmation of payment and the booking details needed to schedule your service. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers required to operate this website — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments — and only to the extent needed to serve you. We may also disclose information when required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Retention & your choices

We keep service records for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us at any time to correct your contact details, stop non-essential communications, or delete information we are not legally required to retain — just call (602) 327 0939 or email jautoshop2022@icloud.com.
